Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zásadou „Superficies solo cedit“. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnání této zásady v právní úpravě před a po přijetí nového občanského zákoníku.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the principle „Superficies solo cedit“. The main object is to compare this principle in legislation before and after the acceptance of the new Civil Code.
