Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vhodnými způsoby sledování dietární expozice chemickým látkám, jejichž účinky mohou mít negativní dopad na lidské zdraví. Teoretická část je věnována popisu dietární expozice, monitorovacím programům, které probíhají na území ČR v rámci SZÚ, chemickým látkám, které byly identifikovány pro člověka jako zdraví škodlivé. This bachelor thesis focuses on suitable methods for asssessment of human exposure to chemical substances posing the risk of adverse health outcomes. The theoretical part addresses a problem of dietary exposure, introduces relevant groups of chemical compounds, and describes on-going monitoring programmes in the Czech Republic.
