Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o rehabilitačním plánu a postupu u dítěte s osteogenesis imperfecta prvního typu. V teoretické části je popsána definice onemocnění, klinické projevy, prognóza a další obecné poznatky. Dále jsou shrnuty základní informace o vhodných terapeutických metodách, fyzikální léčbě a ergoterapii. Praktická část se věnuje kazuistice sedmileté dívky. Zahrnuje popis spolupráce s pacientkou, plán krátkodobé a dlouhodobé rehabilitace, vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor a průběh léčebné rehabilitace.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis discusses the rehabilitation plan and procedure in a child with osteogenesis imperfecta of the first type. In the theoretical part, the definition of the disease, clinical manifestations, prognosis and other general knowledge are described. Furthermore, basic information on appropriate therapeutic methods, physical treatment and occupational therapy is summarized. The practical part is devoted to the case report of a seven-year-old girl. It includes a description of cooperation with the patient, a plan of short- and long-term rehabilitation, an entry and exit kinesiological analysis and a course of therapeutic rehabilitation.
