Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu Stárnutí obyvatel a řešení jejich bydlení. Cílem práce je zhodnotit bydlení seniorů ve Velkém Meziříčí a navrhnout jeho řešení. Práce se člení na teoretickou část, kde jsou uvedeny hlavní koncepty bydlení seniorů, a na část praktickou, kde konkrétně řešíme bytovou politiku státu a města s ohledem na seniory. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of population aging and the solution of their housing. The aim of the work is to evaluate the housing of seniors in Velké Meziříčí and to offer its solution. The work comprises a theoretical part, where the main concepts of housing are listed, and a practical part, where we specifically address the housing policy of the state and the town.
