The Motivation of Employees at Recession in the Economy

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce Motivování zaměstnanců v recesi ekonomiky je hledání vhodného motivačního programu zaměstnanců v recesi ekonomiky. Teoretická část práce objasňuje pojmy motivace, emoce, inteligence, vztah motivace k pracovnímu výkonu, motivace týmů. Je zde zmiňován vstup recese do České republiky a její dopad na zaměstnance. V praktické části je zjišťováno působení stimulů na motivaci pracovníka zvolené organizace. Dále je zde srovnání výzkumů provedených v roce 2009 při tvorbě bakalářské práce a výzkumu prováděného letos v rámci této diplomové práce. Na základě zkoumání a porovnání výsledků výzkumů byly provedeny rozhovory s pracovníky, které sloužily jako podklad pro nalezení optimálního motivačního prvku pro společnost Vodohospodářské stavby spol. s r.o. V závěru jsou shrnuty odpovědi na položené otázky v úvodu práce.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma paper called The Motivation of Employees at Recession in the Economic is the finding of an appropriate employee motivation program in the economic recession. The theoretical part of the thesis brings out terms such as motivation, emotions, intelligence, the relationship of motivation towards the work performance and motivation of teams. Intrusion of recession to the Czech Republic and its impact upon employees is mentioned as well. In the practical part, effect of stimuli upon motivation of an employee in the selected organization is investigated. Furthermore, the comparison of researches conducted in the year 2009 while composing the bachelor thesis and the research made this year within the frame of this thesis is mentioned. The interviews with employees were made on the basis of the investigation and the comparison of results. These results were instrumental for the basis of finding the optimal motivation element for the company Vodohospodářské stavby spol. s r.o. The conclusion summarizes the replies of given questions asked in the introduction.
