Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak probíhá diferenciace odsouzených k výkonu trestu odnětí svobody se zaměřením se na vnitřní diferenciaci. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena na definici pojmu diferenciace a na průběh vnější diferenciace. The aim of this work is to evaluate, how differentiation of the Condemned to imprisonment takes place with emphasis given to internal differentiation. The introdoctory provides the definition of the term „differentiation“ and focuses on external differentiation“.
