Diplomová práce se zabývá trestným činem znásilnění, jeho celkovým historickým vývojem a stávající právní úpravou. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, ve které jsou, pro srozumitelnější pohled na danou problematiku, popsány i trestné činy vydírání a sexuálního nátlaku. The thesis deals with the offense of rape, its overall historical development and current legislation. This thesis is divided into theoretical part, in which, for a clearer view on the issue, there are also described the offenses of extortion and sexual coercion.
