Communication strategy on the background of non-profit social services organization

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika využívání komunikačních nástrojů neziskovými organizacemi v segmentu sociálních služeb se zaměřením především na nástroj public relations. Cílem práce je identifikace a zhodnocení potenciálu marketingové komunikace se zaměřením na public relations a specifik jeho využití v oblasti sociálních služeb prostřednictvím analýzy na konkrétní vybrané organizaci a provedení literární rešerše. Cíle bude dosaženo mimo jiné i na základě zpracování poznatků z oblasti marketingové komunikace v neziskovém sektoru a PR v teoretické části práce. Následně v praktické části práce bude provedena analýza stavu a podoby využívání komunikačních prostředků ve vybrané organizaci poskytující sociální služby, konkrétně zapsaného spolku Péče o duševní zdraví. Poslední část práce je věnována závěrečným hodnocením a formulaci doporučení na základě provedené analýzy a souvisejících zjištění.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis is usage of communication tools by non-profit organizations in the segment of social services, focusing primarily on the tool of public relations. The aim of the thesis is to identify and evaluate the potential of marketing communication with a focus on public relations and the specifics of its use in the field of social services through analysis of specific selected organizations along with performing the literary research. The goal will be achieved, among other things, by processing knowledge from the field of marketing communication in the non-profit sector and PR in the theoretical part of the work. Practical part then builds on the grounding with form and state analysis of the communication usage. The analysis is performed at a organization providing social services, specifically registered association Mental Health Care. The last part of the thesis is devoted to final evaluations and recommendations.
