Voice Assistant in Automotive

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá Internetem věcí, ovládáním chytrých zařízení hlasem a hlasovými asistenty v automobilovém průmyslu, které jsou stále častěji součástí výbavy jednotlivých automobilů. V úvodní části práce je využito teoretických východisek, která popisují technologie, jež jsou součástí Internetu věcí a u kterých je využito hlasové ovládání. Analytická část se zaobírá hlasovými asistenty v automobilovém průmyslu. Analyzuje uživatele, kteří využívají svůj hlas pro ovládání funkcí ve svém automobilu. Zjišťuje, zda je hlasový asistent nástroj, který je vhodný pro bezpečnější jízdu řidiče a zda jsou schopni ho využívat tak, aby nebyla jejich pozornost odváděna k ovládání jiných funkcí prostřednictvím tlačítek nebo dotykového displeje. Sekundární analýza práce se zabývá zjištěním, zda by uživatelé přijali hlasové asistenty jako nový nástroj reklamního nosiče. Projektová část se zabývá návrhem marketingové kampaně, kterou se mají hlasoví asistenti více přiblížit uživatelům automobilů tak, aby je využívali a vnímali jakou nedílnou součást Internetu věcí.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with Internet of Things, voice control of smart devices, and voice assistants in the automotive industry which are increasingly seen in vehicles. In the introdu-ction, the theoretical basis is used to describe technologies that are part of the Internet of Things and for which voice control is used.The primary analysis examines voice assistants in the automotive industry and how drivers use their voice to control functions in their car. It determines whether voice assistants are a suitable tool for safer driving and whether at-tention is diverted from other functions such as buttons or a touch screen. The secondary analysis determines whether users would accept voice assistants as a new tool for adverti-sing media.Finally, through application of theory, a marketing strategy is proposed to get voice assistants closer to car users so they can perceive them as an integral part of Internet of things.
