Práce se věnuje tématu československého bojkotu olympijských her v Los Angeles v roce 1984 a her Družba, které byly ?vzdorohrami? pro sportovce ze socialistických zemí. Je zaměřena především na politické zákulisí a okolnosti těchto událostí. Práce zohledňuje i svě-tové politické klima této doby a širší okolnosti, které ho určovaly. Abstract:
The paper analyses the problems connected with the Czechoslovak boycott of the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles and with the games Družba. It concentrates first and foremost on the political background and circumstances of these events.
