Abstract:

Tématem mé práce je Efekt pandemie na studentský život. Jedná se o práci výzkumnou. Takže tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části čtenáři představuji pojem pandemie a potom pandemii COVID-19, její vznik a průběh. V další kapitole se věnuji krizi a co s krizí souvisí, a to i negativním dopadům během pandemie jako je stres, úzkost, deprese. Dále se věnuji závislostem jak látkovým, tak i nelátkovým. Potom čtenáři představím pojem sociální opora a druhy sociální opory. V další části se věnuji vývojové psychologii studentů na terciárním stupni vzdělávání a dále ve své práci zmiňuji i jaké jsou u nás dostupné formy vzdělávání. A co se změnilo během online výuky. V poslední kapitole představuji změny ve vybraných oblastech studentského života během pandemie. Praktická část je rozdělena na metodologii a na analýzu a interpretaci dat. V metodologii jsem vymezila výzkumný cíl a výzkumnou otázku: Jak se ve vybraných oblastech změnil život studentů během pandemie? Na kterou jsem nalezla odpověď díky analýze z rozhovorů s KP. Na začátku pandemie vzrostl zájem o média, který postupně s opakováním stejných informací začal opadávat. Velká změna nastala i v případě co se týká distanční neboli online výuky. Studentům přišla náročnější a méně si z ní odnesli, než kdyby byli přítomni ve škole prezenčně. Dále učitelé zadávali hodně úkolů, aby vykazovali práci, že studenti opravdu něco dělají, takže často dostávali práci navíc. Změnilo se i trávení času s přáteli. KP hodně využívali sociální sítě, volání přes telefon nebo online meetingy. Někteří KP se naučili obcházet pravidla a navštěvovali podniky. Jedním z dalších dopadů pandemie byly problémy s bolestí zad z důvodu dlouhého sezení za počítačem. Celkově se snížilo množství každodenní fyzické aktivity. V oblasti psychického zdraví jsem nezaznamenala velký dopad. Negativní vliv byl v oblasti závislostí na telefonu a využívání sociálních sítích. Z výzkumných rozhovorů s KP jsem došla k závěru, že změna nastala určitě po finanční stránce, studenti se snažili šetřit a hospodařit s penězi.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is the effects of the pandemic on students' lives. The thesis goal is to research the given topic. It can be split into two parts theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, there is an examination of the term pandemic, the development in the Czech Republic, what crisis means and its connotations and lastly, the adverse effects of the pandemic, such as stress, anxiety, and depression. For the closer study, the thesis includes both substance and non- substance addictions. Understanding the concept of the social support and types of social support is necessary to progress further. Other topics included in the theoretical part are the developmental psychology of students in higher education, forms of education in the Czech Republic, changes during online tutoring and the effects of the pandemic on selected areas of students' lives. Methodology, analysis and data interpretation put together the practical part. The research goal of the methodology is to determine What effects had the pandemic on Students' lives. The research question is, In which fields have students' live changed during the pandemic? The analysis of conversations with conversation partners gave us an answer. At the pandemic's beginning, interest in media skyrocketed, but it steadily declined over time as the information repeated. A significant difference was also in regards to remote or better online tutoring. Students found it more complicated with less knowledge obtained than classical tutoring. Teachers placed many assignments to be sure that students were working. Another portion of life that was changed is spending free time with friends. Conversation partners were using social media, calls or online meetings a lot. Some conversation partners were breaking the rules and were going to pubs. Another effect for most people was back pain because they spend more time sitting behind the computer. Overall, the amount of physical exercise decreased. In the case of psychical health, there were no significant changes. There were unfavourable consequences in terms of phone addiction and social media use. From our conversations, It was clear that they all went through a change in financial aspects.
