Abstract:
Práce prokazuje bezpečnost a efektivitu transsklerální kryoterapie a transpupilární fotokoagulace diodovým laserem v léčbě retinopatie nedonošených (ROP). Byly hodnoceny strukturální změny, nejlepší korigovaná zraková ostrost a velikost refrakční vady v cykloplegii. Pro terapii ROP zony 2 a 3 se obě metody jeví jako srovnatelné a bezpečné, rozdíl byl nalezen ve vyším počtu očí s vysokou myopií po kryokoagulaci …more
Abstract:
In this work we compared safety and effectivity of transscleral cryotherapy and transpupillary diode laser photocoagulation in treatment retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). Structural outcomes, best corrected visual acuity and cycloplegic refraction were assessed.
