Occupational Therapy after Reoperations of the Flexor Apparatus of Fingers

Abstract:

V teoretické části se zabývám anatomií a fyziologií flexorového aparátu prstů, vývojem jemné motoriky, funkcí ruky a úchopovou schopností, včetně dělení úchopů. Zaměřila jsem se na problematiku onemocnění či poranění flexorů prstů a věnovala jsem se rekonstrukčním operacím. Ve speciální části se věnuji především rehabilitaci po rekonstrukčních výkonech, rehabilitaci dle metodik, ergoterapeutickému vyšetření a ergoterapii cílené, funkčnímu nácviku úchopů a tréninku běžných denních aktivit. Do ergoterapie jsou zařazeny také terapeutické činnosti. Součástí speciální části jsou dvě kazuistiky pacientů po reoperaci na flexorech prstů. Ergoterapie u těchto pacientů se zaměřuje na vyšetření a cílenou terapii, trénink úchopů s funkčním aspektem a ADL.

Abstract:

The theoretical part deals with anatomy and physiology of flexor apparatus fingers, developing soft motor skills, hand function and grip capabilities, including division of grips. I focused on the issues of illness or injury finger´s flexors, and deal with reconstruction operations. In a special section I particularly pursue rehabilitation after reconstructive surgery, rehabilitation according to methodologies, occupational investigation and targeted occupational therapy, functional training and training grips normal daily activities. Also there are therapeutic activities included in the occupational therapy. In the special sections there are two case studies of patients after reoperation on the finger flexors. Occupational therapy of these patients focuses on investigation and targeted therapy and also on training grips with the functional aspect and the ADL.
