A Risk Analysis for an Internet Shop

Abstract:

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku rizik spojených s provozováním internetového obchodu. V teoretické části jsou definovány klíčové pojmy e-komerce a analýzy a řízení rizik a je zpracován přehled související legislativy. Jsou zde vymezeny nástroje webové analytiky včetně základních charakteristik a kritérií pro jejich výběr, a popsány možnosti internetového marketingu. Úvodem praktické části je srovnání vybraných e-shopových řešení několika poskytovatelů, dále je uveden výčet aspektů ovlivňujících úspěšnost internetového obchodu. Vybrané nástroje analýzy návštěvnosti a analýzy vyhledávání a klíčových slov pak popisují současný stav stránek konkrétního internetového obchodu jako podklad pro jejich úpravu a také pro volbu vhodné marketingové strategie. Podrobně je vypracován přehled rizik spojených s provozováním internetového obchodu včetně jejich ohodnocení a navržení opatření pro minimalizaci dopadů či jejich eliminaci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the risks associated with the Internet shop. In the theoretical part, the key concepts of e-commerce and risk analysis and management are defined and an overview of related legislation. Web analytics tools are defined here, including the basic characteristics and criteria for their selection, and described the possibilities of internet marketing. The introduction of the practical part is a comparison of selected e-shop solutions of several providers, and a list of aspects influencing the success of the internet business. Selected traffic analytics tools, search and keyword analytics then describe the current status of a specific internet shop site as a basis for editing and selecting an appropriate marketing strategy. A detailed overview of the risks associated with the operation of the Internet business, including their evaluation, and the drafting of measures to minimize the impacts or eliminate them.
