Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o právní úpravě tajemství a mlčelivosti ve finančním právu v České republice. Práce obsahuje obecný úvod do problematiky tajemství a mlčenlivosti, dále se zaměřuje na zakotvení tajemství a mlčenlivosti ve vybraných oblastech finančního práva (správa daní, bankovnictví, pojišťovnictví) a definuje jejich hlavní znaky, které jsou následně porovnány. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on legal regulation of secrets and secrecy in financial law in the Czech Republic.
