Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o exekucích prodejem movitých věcí. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený náhled na jednotlivé fáze exekuce prodejem movitých věcí a rovněž upozornit na úskalí plynoucí z jejího provádění. Práce se snaží nastínit vývoj relevantní právní úpravy a případně doporučit možné návrhy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with a distraint of a sale of movables. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive preview on the particular phases of the distraint of the sale of movables, as well as highlight the difficulties arising from its implementation. The thesis tries to outline an evolution of relevant legislation and eventually recommend suggestions de lege ferenda.
