Design of Calibration Stand for Thickness Gauge

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou, do jaké míry jsou ovlivněny měření tloušťky povrchové vrstvy na neferomagnetických kovech a způsobilost systému měření za použití kalibračního stojanu. Z tohoto důvodu je předmětem této bakalářské práce také konstrukční návrh kalibračního stojanu a následná realizace prototypu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy z oblasti metrologie a měření, statistického vyhodnocení, povrchových úprav a jejich měření. Praktická část se zabývá samotným konstrukčním návrhem a jeho realizací za využití normalizovaných dílů. K nenormalizovaným dílům je vytvořena tech-nická dokumentace. Předmětem praktické části bylo také měření třemi různými způsoby, jejich porovnání a vyhodnocení v programu PALSTAT a hodnocení způsobilosti systému měření. Závěrem je provedeno zhodnocení, zda použití kalibračního stojanu přispělo k zpřesnění měření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the question, how the measurement of the thickness of the coating on non-ferromagnetic metals and the capability of measuring system are affected using a calibration stand. For this reason, this bachelor thesis also deals with the construstion design of the calibration stand and the further realization of the prototype. The theoretical part is focused on the basic terms of metrology and measurement, statistical evaluati-on, surface treatments and their measurement. The practical part deals with the design itself and its implementation using standardized parts. Technical documentation is created for non-standard parts. The subject of the practical part was also the measurement in three different ways, their comparison and evaluation in the PALSTAT software and the evaluation of the capability of the measurement system. In conclusion, an assessment is made to determine whether the use of the calibration stand has contributed to a more accurate measurement.
