Stěžejním tématem bakalářské práce je šikana v prostředí základních škol. První část práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům. Jsou zde vysvětleny důležité pojmy související s šikanou, popsána je také diagnostika šikanování, prevence a trestní odpovědnost. Část práce je věnována fenoménu současné doby, a to kyberšikaně. The central theme of this thesis is bullying at elementary school. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge. Important terms related to bullying, diagnosis of bullying, prevention, and criminal liability are explained here. Part of the thesis is devoted to the phenomenon of our time, the cyberbullying.
