Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje vnitřní komunikaci ve společnosti Femur.cz s.r.o., kte-rá prochází růstovou fází. Cílem je zjistit, jak růst ovlivňuje formální a neformální ko-munikaci a jaké strategie firma používá k udržení efektivity komunikace. This bachelor thesis analyses the internal communication in Femur.cz s.r.o., which is going through a growth phase. The aim is to find out how growth affects formal and informal co-communication and what strategies the company uses to maintain communication effectiveness.
