The Special Pedagogical Methods Used for Subjects with Mental Handicap

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Speciálně pedagogické metody užívané u osob s mentálním postižením“ pojednává o vybraných speciálně pedagogických metodách (konkrétně relaxacích, dramaterapii, teatroterapii, dramatické výchově, bazální stimulaci, TEACCH programu), které se užívají při péči o osoby s mentální retardací (různého stupně, druhu a typu). Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, které se zabývají vymezením, klasifikací, psychickými odlišnostmi a odchylkami ve vývoji jedinců s mentálním postižením, charakteristikou vybraných syndromů (Downův syndrom, autismus, těžké postižení, kombinované vady atd.), péčí o osoby s mentální retardací v průběhu historie a v současnosti v České republice a konkrétními typy terapií, které se při práci s mentálně handicapovanými lidmi používají. Cílem předložené práce bylo zmapovat danou problematiku, přinést nové pohledy a komplexnější informace, popřípadě vytvořit podklady pro výzkum této oblasti.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis „The Special Pedagogical Methods Used for Subjects with Mental Disablement “ deals with choice methods of special education (concretely relaxations, drama therapy, theatre therapy, dramatic education, basal stimulation and TEACCH program). Those methods are used for care of men with mental retardation (with by various level, kind and type). The dissertation is split into four chapters. Those chapters deal with limitation, classification, mental differences and abnormality in progress of men with mental disablement, characterization of choice syndromes (Down syndrome, Autismus, hard disablement and combined defects), care of men with mental retardation in the Czech Republic during history and concretely type of therapy. These methods are suitable for men with mental handicap. Goal of the diploma work was map assigned broad issue, come to new views and complex information, eventually to create records for research on this topic.
