The use of short firearm in the defence of man

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku použití krátké palné zbraně k obraně člověka. Dále se zabývá oprávněností použití krátké palné zbraně ozbrojených složek v České republice a použitím zbraně k obraně člověka občanem, legálním držitelem zbraně. Je zde porovnání obou institutů, jak nutné obrany, tak oprávněnosti použití zbraně jednotlivých ozbrojených složek. Práce také uvádí zákonné podmínky držení zbraně, a to jak ozbrojených složek, tak občana, legálního držitele zbraně. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé zákony související s danou problematikou v českém právním řádu. V závěru práce je komparace oprávněnosti použití zbraně ozbrojených složek a legálním držitelem zbraně.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of the use of short firearms for personal defence. The legitimacy of the use of short firearm of armed forces in the Czech Republic and the use of the weapon to defend a human being by a citizen, a legal holder of the weapon. There is a comparison of both institutes, both the necessary defence and the legitimacy of the use of weapons of individual armed forces. The thesis also states the legal conditions of possession of the weapon, regarding both armed forces and a citizen as a legal holder of the weapon. There are described individual laws related to the issue of the Czech legal order. At the end of the thesis there is a comparison of the legitimacy of the use of weapons by armed forces and a legal weapon holder.
