Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a experimentální. Teoretická část pojednává o pevných a kapalných bílkovinných odpadech masného průmyslu. Dále je popsáno využití odpadů masného průmyslu (energetika, zemědělství, potravinář-ství, lékařství, farmaceutický průmysl a ostatní odvětví). Diploma thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical and experimental ones. The theoretical part deals with solid and liquid protein by-products of the meat-processing industry.
