Diplomová práce pojednává o využití náhradních systémů komunikace u dětí s autismem. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy ontogeneze dětské řeči, poruchy komunikační schopnosti a pojmy autismus, etiologie, diagnostika, klasifikace, edukace a náhradními systémy komunikace.
