Foot autotherapy in online exercise program

Abstract:

The presented work deals with the problems of kinesiotherapy and autotherapy of the foot. It describes the importance of autotherapy in terms of prevention and treatment of deformities of the foot, as well as pain of the entire musculoskeletal system, the cause of which is often found in the foot. The aim of this work was to create an inventory of exercises for foot autotherapy in the form of video recordings. 75 short videos were made and the individual exercises are divided into didactic subgroups for a better overview - self-massage, passive release, passive stretching, active stretching, seated exercise and standing exercise. The individual exercises are of different levels of difficulty, performed with and without aids. Exercises are performed mainly in sitting on a chair, but also in standing and other exercise positions. The created exercise program will be placed on the website www.fyzioweb.cz after final processing and is intended not only for the general public but also for physiotherapists who can draw on it for therapy with their patients.

Abstract:

Predkladaná práca spracúva problematiku kinezioterapie a autoterapie nohy. Opisuje dôležitosť autoterapie z hľadiska prevencie i liečby deformít chodidla, ale aj bolestí celého pohybového aparátu, ktorých príčinu často nachádzame v oblasti nohy. Cieľom práce bolo vytvorenie inventára cvičení pre autoterapiu nohy vo forme videozáznamov. Bolo natočených 75 krátkych videozáznamov, ktoré sú pre lepší prehľad rozdelené do 6 didaktických podskupín - automasáž, pasívne uvoľnenie, pasívne naťahovanie, aktívne naťahovanie, cvičenie v odľahčení a cvičenie v zaťažení. Jednotlivé cvičenia sú rôznej úrovne náročnosti, bez pomôcok aj s pomôckami. Cvičí sa najčastejšie v sede na stoličke, ale taktiež v stoji a iných cvičebných polohách. Vytvorený zásobník cvičení bude po konečnom spracovaní umiestnený na www.fyzioweb.cz a je určený nie len širokej verejnosti, ale aj fyzioterapeutom, ktorí z neho môžu čerpať pri terapii so svojimi pacientami.
