New Offense Act
Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je komparace zákona č. 200/1990 Sb., o odpovědnosti za přestupky a zákona č. 250/2016 Sb., o odpovědnosti za přestupky a řízení o nich. Tato práce dále podá přehled o provedených změnách mezi těmito zákony a přehled o správních trestech, včetně jejich účinnosti. Závěr této práce zhodnotí provedené změny a navrhne možnosti rozšíření správních trestů.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the comparison of the Act No. 200/2019 Sb., On the liability for infractions, and Act No. 250/2016 Sb., On the liability for infractions and its proceedings. This thesis gives an overview of the changes between these two Acts and also an overview of the changes between penalties, including their effectiveness.
