Diplomová práce cílí na podnikatelský plán k vytvoření nové pobočky. Hlavním cílem práce je zpracovat podnikatelský záměr vedoucí k přípravě projektu pobočky již existujícího podnikatelského subjektu ve vybrané lokalitě. The subject of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan that concerns the establishment of a new branch office. The primary goal is to compile business plan leading to the preparation of a project of a branch of an existing business entity in a selected location.
