Guilty in body and mind, love crimes investigated under a „small“ retributive decree.
Abstract:
Bakalářská diplomová práce zkoumá případy vyšetřované na základě „malého“ retribučního dekretu. Práce podrobně rozebírá legislativní rámec a vybrané soudní judikáty, které byly vyšetřovány pro podezření nálezu ve smyslu společenského styku s Němci a Maďary. Výběr kauz byl zaměřen na tzv. milostné delikty.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis examines cases investigated under the "small" retributive decree. The thesis discusses in detail the legislative framework and selected court decisions that were investigated for suspicion of the decree in terms of social contact with Germans and Hungarians. The selection of cases focused on so-called love offences.
