Cílem této práce je sumarizovat aktuální dohledatelné publikovatelné poznatky o maligní hypertermii. Cíle bakalářské práce byly dále specifikovány ve dvouch dílčích cílech: I. Zmapovat na základě aktuálních dohledatelných poznatků incidenci výskytu této komplikace během anestezie a porovnat ji ve vztahu k pohlaví a věku. II. The aim of this paper is to summarize the current traceable published knowledge about malignant hyperthermia. The aims of the bachelor thesis were further specified in second sub-objectives: I. To map the incidence of this complication during anaesthesia based on current traceable evidence and compare it in relation to gender and age. II.
