This diploma work deals with the ways and techniques which can be used as stretching and relaxing exercises in the second grade of the elementary school. The theoretical part investigates the different teaching methods in the foreign language learning. Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o možnostech a způsobech využití uvolňovacích cvičení na 2. stupni základní školy. Teoretická část se zabývá různými přístupy ve výuce cizího jazyka a teoretickým popisem uvolňovacích cvičení a podmínek jejich začlenění do výuky. Praktická část obsahuje empirický výzkum s popisem a vyhodnocení jeho výsledků, a příklady různých forem uvolňovacích cvičení.
