Remuneration of Dependent Work

Abstract:

V diplomové práci se věnuji tématu odměňování závislé práce. V prvních kapitolách je pojednáváno o historii pracovního práva jako celku. Dále se věnuji pojmům, které úzce souvisí s pracovněprávními vtahy a definují pojem závislé práce. V dalších kapitolách je poté blíže pojednáváno o konkrétních způsobech odměňování a složení jednotlivých odměn zaměstnanců za práci. Velký prostor je poté věnován institutům minimální mzdy a průměrné mzdy, které ovlivňují výši výdělku zaměstnanců napříč celým systémem odměňování za závislou práci. V závěrečné části práce se věnuji problematice diskriminace a nerovného odměňování za vykonanou práci mezi muži a ženami a dnešnímu postavení žen v profesním životě. Také jsem se zamyslela nad možným dopadem průměrné mzdy na pracovní životy zaměstnanců a nad možnostmi motivace zaměstnanců k lepším pracovním výkonům a zároveň nad možností, jak v dnešní uspěchané době zaměstnance ocenit i odlišným způsobem, než pouze finančními prostředky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of remuneration of dependent work. The first two chapters deal with the history of labor law as a whole. Furthermore, I deal with terms that are closely related to labor law relations and define the concept of dependent work. The following chapters then deal with specific ways of remuneration and the composition of individual employee remuneration. A great deal of space is then devoted to institutes of minimum wage and average wages, which affect the level of employee earnings across the system of pay for dependent work. In the final part of the thesis I deal with the issue of discrimination and unequal pay for work done between men and women and today's position of women in professional life. IM tooto reflect on the possible impact of average wages on workers' working lives and on the potential for employees to work better and at the same time how to appreciate employees in today's hurried times in a different way than just financial means.
