Konkurenční prostředí malých pivovarů

The competitive environment for small breweries
Abstract:
Bakalářské práce sleduje konkurenceschopnost konkrétního podniku se speciálním přihlédnutím k tomu, že se jedná o podnik čepující pivo z minipivovaru. Práce se snaží odpovědět na otázku, zda-li je pivo z přidruženého pivovaru konkurenční výhodou a pokud ano, jak velkou a který zákaznický segment oslovuje.
Abstract:
This bachelor dissertation aims at measuring competetive abilities of a specific restaruant. With a special attention to a fact that a given restaurant is having a microbrew on a tap. This dissertation tries to solve the question, whether having a microbrew on a tap is a competetive advantage and if so, what shape it has and what customer segment it aims at.
