DNA markers in Hordeum vulgare and trends in their exploitation
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je studium DNA markerů a jejich aplikace u ječmene (Hordeum vulgare L.). Hlavní využití DNA markerů u rostlin spočívá v mapování a lokalizaci nových genů. Práce také nastiňuje možnosti použití DNA markerů při selekci rostlin (Marker Assisted Selektion) a pozičním klonování.
Abstract:
The key object of this bachelor work is research of DNA markers and their application to barley. The main utilization of DNA markers with plants is based on mapping and localization and new genes mapping. This work also foreshadows possibilities of DNA markers usage attached to plants selection and positional cloning.
