Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pracovní spokojenosti, zkoumá a snaží se identifikovat jednotlivé faktory, které pracovní spokojenost ovlivňují. The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of job satisfaction, examines and tries to identify the particular factors which affect the job satisfaction.
