Práce se zabývá motivací studentů Univerzity Pardubice pro studijní pobyty v zahraničí. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na témata související s cíli práce včetně vymezení pojmu motivace, programu Erasmus+ a dalších programů, možností zahraničních výjezdů v rámci Univerzity Pardubice a představení dalších výzkumů na podobná témata. The thesis deals with the motivation of students of the University of Pardubice for study stays abroad.
