Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou osobnosti manažera a jeho postavenímv podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá seznámením s důležitými pojmy spojenými osobností manažera a s náplní jeho práce.V praktické části bakalářské práce je pomocí dotazníků vybraných respondentů zobrazen alespoň trošku současný manažer. The bachelor thesis deals with the personality of the manager and his position in the company. The theoretical part deals with becoming familiar with key concepts related personality of the manager as his job.
