Personality of the teacher and its influence on classroom climate from the perspective of first stage of basic school students
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská diplomová práce je zaměřena na vnímání osoby učitele a jeho vlivu na třídní klima z pohledu žáků prvního stupně základní školy. Práce se zabývá tím, jakých charakteristik si žáci na učiteli všímají, do jaké míry vnímají jeho propojení s klimatem panujícím ve třídě a nabízí také rady, jak by se měl učitel chovat, aby pozitivně působil na klima ve třídě.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on perception of personality of the teacher and its influence on classroom climate from the perspective of first stage of basic school students. The work deal with teacher characteristics and his connection with classroom climate from the perspective of students and provides advices for teachers how should they behave to create a positive classroom climate.
