Requirements for institution of public service on information system

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou vývoje požadavků na informační systém. Úvod práce popisuje teoretické hledisko této problematiky, které naznačuje hlavní kroky práce. Patří sem především problematika vývoje informačních systémů, metodiky vývoje informačních systémů a vývoj jejich požadavků. V další části je zvolena instituce veřejné správy a vhodný postup. Na základě zjištěných poznatků a navrženého postupu je v závěru práce vytvořena specifikace požadavků na informační systém zvolené instituce, který bude sloužit k posouzení kvality tohoto systému.

Abstract:

This work deals with problems of requirement development on information system. Introduction of this work describes the theoretical aspect of this issue, which indicates the main steps of the work. It especially includes the issue information systems development, information systems development methodologies and requirement development. The next part is selected organization of public administration and acceptable procedure. Based on the finding knowledge and the proposed procedure is in the final work created requirements specification on the information system chosen institution, which can used to evaluate the quality of the existing system.
