Professional values of teachers of kindergartens

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na profesní hodnoty v práci učitele/učitelky mateřské školy. Cílem mé práce je zjistit jaké profesní hodnoty preferují učitele mateřských škol. První kapitola je zaměřena na učitelskou profesi, profesní kompetence učitele mateřské školy a jak se ke kompetencím staví Rámcově vzdělávací program. V druhé kapitole jsem se zaměřila na hodnoty, jejich klasifikaci, funkci, a také jsem se zaměřila na profesní hodnoty a etický kodex učitele. V praktické části vyhodnocuji pomocí dotazníku žebříček pracovních hodnot učitelů mateřských škol. Tuto část jsem doplnila rozhovory s učitelkami mateřských škol, při kterých chci zjistit názory na preferenci vybraných pracovních hodnot, a to především z hlediska dělení hodnot do intrinsických a extrinsických kategorií.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the professional values in the work of the kindergarten teacher. The aim of my thesis is to determine which professional values are preferred by kindergarten teachers. The first chapter is focused on the pedagogical profession, the professional competence of the kindergarten teacher and position framework educational program. In the second chapter, I focused on the values, their classification, the function, and I also focused on the professional values and the ethical code of a teacher. In the practical part I evaluated the ladder of the labour values by using the questionnaires of the kindergarten teachers. This part was added with interviews with the kindergarten teachers in which I want to find out the opinions on the preferences of the selected working values, in terms of intrinsics and extrinsics categories of values.
