Tématem rigorózní práce je logická analýza právních norem. Práce je věnována logické analýze obecných, individuálních, abstraktních a speciálních norem. Obsahuje základní charakteristiku logiky, jejích metod a axiomatickou bázi logického normativního počtu. Abstract:
The work contains logical analysis of legal rules. It is dealing with logic analysis of universal and individual rules, abstract and particular rules. There are basic characteristics of logic, its methods and formulation axiomatic bases for deontic calculus. Part of work is devoted to the notion of logic contradiction.
