2D virtuální buňka: návrh komponentů a ukázková implementace

2-D virtual cell: component design and sample implementation
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the possibility to use the information contained within Gene Ontology for drawing views of cells and their components. Aim of this thesis was to create a set of algorithms to be used for this purpose. It also contains simplified cell component drawings. A web application was created, to provide likable user interface for the project.
Abstract:
Práca sa zaoberá možnosťami využitia informácií obsiahnutých v génovej ontológií na vykresľovanie buniek a ich komponentov. Cieľom práce bolo vytvoriť sadu algoritmov, ktoré sa na tento účel budú dať použiť. Zároveň v rámci práce vznikli aj zjednodušené obrazy komponentov bunky. Na základe týchto podkladou vznikla webová aplikácia, zaisťujúca komunikáciu z používateľom.
