In our bachelor's thesis we deal with the proceedings of inheritance. In the introductory chapter we focus on the issue of inheritance rules. Pertinent subsections are devoted to the powers and jurisdiction in proceedings and activities of the notary as a judicial commissioner. V našej bakalárskej práci sa zaoberáme problematikou konania o dedičstve. V úvodnej kapitole kladieme dôraz na problematiku právnej úpravy dedičského konania. Prislúchajúce podkapitoly sú venované právomoci a príslušnosti súdov v konaní o dedičstve a činnosti notára ako súdneho komisára.
