The bachelor thesis analyses impaired communication abilities with chosen clients of social servis in Slovakia, analysing it from the point of language levels. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part comprises communication and mental impairment. Bakalárska práca analyzuje narušenú komunikačnú schopnosť u vybraných klientov domova sociálnych služieb na Slovensku. Analyzuje ju z hľadiska jazykových rovín. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti: teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá komunikáciou a mentálnym postihnutím.
