Abstract:

Tato práce si kladla za cíl vytvořit online vzdělávací kurz pro nástroj na správu projektů s názvem Lumeer. Nástroj Lumeer nabízí mnoho funkcí a uživatelé jej mohou přizpůsobit svým přesným potřebám. Vytvořený výukový kurz bude sloužit jako školící materiál pro nové uživatele nástroje Lumeer, jelikož navigace v tak složitém nástroji nemusí být zpočátku intuitivní. Principy vytváření poutavých e-learningových materiálů byly analyzovány a použity při vytváření kurzu. Během vývoje kurzu byl nástroj Lumeer taktéž analyzován z pohledu UI a UX. Byla také navrhnuta patřičná vylepšení, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení uživatelské přívětivosti nástroje. Výsledný kurz s názvem Lumeer Academy se skládá ze 43 lekcí, které jsou rozděleny do čtyř kapitol. Pro jednotlivé lekce byl zvolen formát výukových videí. Kurz také obsahuje sérii testů navržených pro podporu učení. Na konci kurzu mohou studenti vypracovat komplexní domácí úkol. Několik testovacích uživatelů prošlo materiály kurzu a poté podali zpětnou vazbu, která byla analyzována a byla z ní odvozena patřičná vylepšení.

Abstract:

This thesis aimed to develop an online training course for the open-source project management tool called Lumeer. The Lumeer tool offers many functionalities, and users can fit the tool to their exact needs. The course will serve as training material for new users of Lumeer as navigating such a complex tool might not be intuitive at first. The aspects of creating engaging e-learning materials with maximum knowledge retention were analyzed and used in the course design process. During the development of the course, the Lumeer tool was analyzed from UI and UX perspective, and improvements that could be made are discussed in this thesis. The resulting course named Lumeer Academy consists of 43 lessons divided into four chapters. The lessons are available in video format. There is a series of tests designed to test knowledge gained in the individual chapters and a homework assignment that students can complete at the end of the course. A couple of test users were chosen and given access to the course materials. They were then interviewed, and the provided feedback was analyzed to deduce improvements that could be made.
