Preventive and compensatory exercises for young children in primary music school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá pohybovou a zdravotní stránkou mladších školních dětí hrajících na hudební nástroj. Cílem práce je vytvořit soubor kompenzačních cvičení určených pro žáky ZUŠ i ZŠ, které reflektují názory učitelů základních uměleckých škol na tuto problematiku. Teoretická část vymezuje a popisuje související pojmy ve vztahu k mladšímu školnímu věku a věnuje se rešerši literatury. Praktická část obsahuje popis, vyhodnocení a shrnutí ankety a soubor kompenzačních cvičení, které byly ověřeny u žáků mladšího školního věku. V závěru práce jsou navrhnuty další postupy a doporučení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on exercise and health aspects of younger school children playing a musical instrument. The aim of the work is to create a set of compensatory exercises for pupils both at elementary schools and music schools in the basis of the opinions of primary music school teachers. The theoretical section defines and describes related terms in relation to the younger school age and is devoted to a literature review. The practical part includes a description, evaluation and a summary of the poll and a set of compensatory exercises that have been verified by a younger school age pupils. Other procedures and recommendations are proposed at the end of the work.
