Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky řízení nákladů, popřípadě navrhnout opatření, které by zlepšily řízení nákladů v podniku. Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza nákladů konkrétního podniku. Analyzuji podnik a navrhuji opatření vedoucí k specifikaci kalkulace nákladů. The aim of the thesis is to identify the strengths and weaknesses in cost control or propose measures that would improve cost management in the enterprise. The content of the thesis is an analysis of the costs of a particular company. I analyse the company and suggest measures leading to the specification of costing.
