Process analysis and application design for human resources company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá procesní analýzou reportingu v personální společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o procesech, procesním řízení, analýze a modelování procesů, business proces reengineeringu a průběžném zlepšování procesů. Dále shrnuje teoretické in-formace o inovacích a hodnocení jejich úspěšnosti. V případě modelování procesů teoretická část popisuje notaci UML a dostupné diagramy v rámci notace. Kromě UML jsou popsány také elementy notace uuBML, která je využívána v rámci designu a popisu aplikací, které jsou navrhovány v rámci holdingu společností Unicorn. Na závěr se teoretická část zaměřuje na architekturu orientovanou na služby a rozebírá koncepty SOA, WOA a ROA a komunikační protokoly, které jsou v rámci jednotlivých konceptů architektury využívané. Praktická část se opírá o teoretickou část a zabývá se analýzou současného stavu reportingu v personální společnosti, jeho zhodnocením a stanovením očekávání od navrhovaného řešení ze strany zaměstnanců a managementu. Nedílnou součástí praktické části je samotný návrh řešení v podobě aplikace a zhodnocení splnění očekávání a odstranění identifikovaných nedostatků.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the process analysis of reporting in the personnel company. The theoretical part contains information about processes, process management, process analysis and modeling, business process reengineering, and business process improvement. It also brings theoretical information about innovation and evaluation of innovation success. For process modeling the theoretical part describes UML notation and available diagrams within the notation. In addition to UML, uuBML notation elements are also described, which are used in the design and description of applications that are proposed within the Unicorn holding company. Finally, the theoretical part focuses on service-oriented architecture and contains theoretical information about SOA, WOA and ROA concepts and communication protocols that are used in the context of each architecture concept. The practical part is based on the theoretical part and deals with the analysis of the current state of reporting in the personnel company, its evaluation and determination of expectations from the proposed solution by employees and management. The practical part also contains solution design and evaluation of fulfillment of business expectation.
