Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na zavedení a optimalizaci elementárních logistických procesů v malé obchodní firmě. Těmito procesy je nákup zboží, příjem, skladování a inventarizace, vyskladnění a fakturace.
Abstract:
The work is focused on implementation and optimization of elementary logistics process in small business company. These processes are purchasing, goods receipt, warehousing and inventory process, goods issuing and invoicing.
