Inheritance Procedure

Abstract:

Téma mojí bakalářské práce zní: Dědické řízení. Toto téma jsem si zvolila, protože mě velice zajímá a myslím si, že s děděním se v životě setká každý. Ve své bakalářské práci chci vysvětlit problematiku dědického práva (popsat dědické skupiny, objasnit, kdo je způsobilý dědic a kdo ne, …). Dále chci objasnit základní pojmy dědického práva a průběh dědického řízení. Jako názorné příklady jsem uvedla vzor závěti a listiny o vydědění. Používala jsem odbornou literaturu a internet. Při studováním podkladů pro mou bakalářskou práci jsem se naučila mnoho nového z této právní problematiky a mnohé pojmy jsou mi teď jasnější.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor's literary work is: Heritage proceedings. This topic I choose, because I find it very interesting and I think that everyone gets into heritage proceedings in their life. In my bachelor's literary work I would like to explain the problem of inheritors' rights (to describe groups, to clarify who is eligible inheritor and who isn't,…). Furthermore I would like to clarify the basic concept of heritage law and the course of heritage proceedings together. As illustrative examples I used sample of testament and disinheritance deed. I used specialized literature and internet. When studying the source materials for my bachelor's literary work I learned much new for this topic and many concepts are clear to me now.
