Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem právního zakotvení financování českých politických stran od roku 2001 a jeho praktickými dopady. V první části je stručně popsán obecný systém hospodaření politických stran. Důraz práce je následně kladen na popsání dopadů legislativních změn v České republice a nastínění možných vlivů a základních důvodů, které mohly mít s těmito změnami spojitost.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the development of legal frame of Czech political parties funding since 2001 and with practical impact of that. In the first part general system of party funding is described.
