Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možné regenerační metody vhodné pro fotbalové rozhodčí. Práce je dělena na jednotlivé kapitoly, v nichž se postupně seznamujeme s historií fotbalu, se základními pojmy regenerace, kineziologickým rozborem, fyziologickou charakteristikou, zdravotními aspekty tohoto sportu a regeneračními metodami. Presented bachelor thesis is focused on possible regenerative methods suitable for football referees.
